Industrial Technology/Career and Technical Education Instructor – High School (1.0 FTE) Will consider tier I/II/III or IV licenses

Qualifications

Required Experience

Minnesota Teacher licensure in Industrial Technology required. Will consider a variance while license is being acquired.

Certification Requirements

Possess a varied skill set, which may include Welding, Small Engine, Woods, Metals (Fabrication), Computer Technology (CAD, Chief Architect, Programming, and others), Building Construction, Robotics, and much more.

Other Requirements

The certified teacher develops lesson plans, conducts classroom instruction, evaluates, and assesses both instructional material and student performance. The teacher interprets student progress and communicates regularly with parents about student strengths, weaknesses, and/or programs. The teacher is a member of an interdisciplinary team and works collaboratively with colleagues to make decisions about team programming and supporting students through intervention and enrichment.
