Qualifications
Required Experience
The toddler classroom serves children aged 18 months to 3 years, supporting their social emotional growth as well their physical and academic growth.
Certification Requirements
An early childhood endorsement is desired, but not required. Applicants must possess a current Nebraska teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement or willing to pursue a transitional permit.
Other Requirements
Teachers will plan and implement instructional activities and organize a safe and engaging environment. In this role, staff will work cooperatively with an assistant teacher as well as the parents of their students. Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD, Rule 11, and the Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines is preferred, although training can also be provided in these areas.
