Other Requirements
Turner students have thrived with the return of our agricultural-education program and even have several teams qualified for state FFA for the first time in over ten years. The district has received $30,000 in discretionary grant funding to jump-start our program. Most of our students live on large-scale production farms or ranches, and we have almost no behavioral issues. Our ag-ed program is heavy with welding, construction, ag mechanics, and wood shop, but it also includes an intro to ag and animal science courses.
