Qualifications

Required Experience

Preferred: Three or more years working in a related position

Certification Requirements

Education & Training:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Education or Related Field
Preferred: Master’s, Education Specialist or Doctorate in Special Education or Related Field

Licensure/Certification:
Minimum: MN Teaching Licensure in Special Education or ability to obtain licensure
Preferred: Licensure in Emotional Behavioral Disorder or School Psychology; Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Other Requirements

Provide on-site coaching and support for the implementation of evidence-based instructional practices across the secondary and tertiary prevention levels within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework 

Engage in professional learning aligned with SCRED goals and district-specific needs to inform SCRED professional learning opportunities related to SEL programming 

Facilitate the implementation of best practices in SEL-related assessment, instruction, inclusion, accessibility, and program evaluation

Other duties as assigned.
