About the Area

What do People Like Most About This Area?

Culver and Lake Maxinkuckee have been drawing visitors since the late 1800s. Combining the friendly charm of a small Midwestern town, the beauty and aura of a lake resort community, and the diversity and sophistication of a collegial community, it's easy to see why a Culver has been called "the Cape Cod of the Midwest." The area offers a variety of overnight lodging, including resort accommodations, condos, B&Bs, and other properties for rent. Unique shopping, dining, and special events can be enjoyed year-round.
