Qualifications

Required Experience

•Candidates should have experience as an educator in an elementary and/or middle school, as well as leadership experience

Certification Requirements

•Appropriate license through CDE for the position of Assistant Principal

Other Requirements

•Implementing the vision, mission, values, expectations and goals of Riverview Dual Language School
•Knowledge of dual language instruction and programming preferred
•Knowledge and leadership of special education programming preferred
•Creating trust and working collaboratively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
•Developing and applying strategic plans, and employing data-driven analyses and decision-making
•Identifying and promoting effective instructional practices
•Applying top-notch interpersonal skills, including public speaking, Spanish bilingual preferred
