"Broad band access for internet. Our students need that and they need the ability to visit locations across the world! Our needs for rural and small areas across NY to serve as community hubs is critical - 40% of schools in NY are rural. Our students need the ability to see works of art, hear music, talk with others. They need high quality and interaction experiences! In my book Thinking About Teaching, I discuss how learning opportunities are so crucial to students!"
