Jill Underly is a former teacher and the district administrator for the Pecatonica Area School District, which is located in the rolling hills of southern Wisconsin. The Pecatonica Area School District is a hub for its rural community, and Jill's sense of place is clearly evident in her Capital Times opinion piece, "Give Rural Schools The Tools They Need To Thrive."
