Rural SE MN community located 20 miles from Winona, MN and 20 miles from Rochester, MN and 7 miles from Whitewater State Park. St. Charles is a growing community of 4000 with a booming main street, full service grocery store, hardware store, and many other small businesses. St. Charles also hosts the Winona County Free Fair and an annual Whitewater Kids Triathlon along with city fireworks on the Fourth of July.
